We are the first Global Ghost Hunting Organization offering full support. Thanks to our
founder and director, Bryan-jon Laverty, we aim to provide a unique experience for
ghost hunters.
 

We showcase locations worldwide known for paranormal activity and recognize your
team’s efforts. Many unexplored locations exist globally. We partner with paranormal
groups for a 10-day event covering these sites and the teams investigating them. Your
pre-selected team can register for these events at no cost and choose your locations.
 

We provide a professional production team to live stream your investigations and create
promotional content. Boosting visibility and letting the world learn about your team. If
you lack lifestream resources, we will assist you to ensure a successful event, bringing
your work to a global audience and offering valuable recognition!
 

*EXCULPATORY AGREEMENT*
 

The involved parties will conduct a pre-event consultation prior to the Global Ghost Hunt
to finalize the filming schedule and designated locations. The paranormal investigation
team is tasked with ensuring the integrity of the location throughout the investigation
and acknowledges that any damages incurred during the investigation will be their
financial responsibility for repair. Furthermore, the paranormal team must also handle
any necessary clean-up once their investigation concludes. It is imperative that the
premises are returned to their original condition as found. The location management will
not be accountable for any clean-up resulting from the actions of the paranormal
investigation team. Additionally, the undersigned acknowledges that the founder,
director, and associated entities of the Global Ghost Hunt will not assume liability for
any consequences that may arise after the investigation, including any potential items or
energies that may inadvertently follow participants home. Liability for any injuries or
fatalities that occur at the locations under investigation will also not be assumed by the
aforementioned parties.
 

**Paranormal Investigators/Event Agreement:**

Upon signing this agreement, you acknowledge and agree that if the Paranormal
Investigation team holds an event on the night of the investigation, a portion of the
proceeds from your event will be remitted to the location. In the event that you are
selling tickets for the night of the investigation, you agree to make a donation to the
venue. This obligation exists only if the venue has provided you with complimentary or
reduced access to the site. For investigations at locations where no fees are charged,
you shall remit 25% of all ticket sales to the investigated venue. Payment in full must be
completed no later than seven days following the conclusion of the event. Proof of
payment should be sent via email to globalghosthunt@gmail.com. For locations where a
partial or reduced fee has been charged, you shall remit 15% of all ticket sales to the
investigated venue. This payment must also be completed within seven days after the
event concludes, with proof of payment emailed to globalghosthunt@gmail.com. Should
the location have levied full fees for the investigation during the Global Ghost Hunt, you
are not obligated to provide any payment to the venue. This condition is non-negotiable
unless exceptional circumstances arise, in which case a waiver from donations must be
obtained from the Directors of the Global Ghost Hunt. Any requests for modifications to
this agreement must receive prior written approval. You may submit a written request for
any desired amendments. Upon your signature, the Paranormal Investigation Team will
confirm the agreed time and date with the venue. This contract shall supersede all prior
and concurrent agreements between the parties.
